Policy

*Treatments and consultations are available by appointment only.

*We require 24-hour minimum notice for all cancellations.

*Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients. Though we accommodate our clients as best as possible, please understand you are paying for our time AND service.

*Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Payment

*50% deposit due at time of scheduling. Deposit is refundable if appointment is canceled prior to 24 hours before appointment.

*Consultations are free when booked with first treatment appointment. Consultations booked individually without a treatment is $60 which will then be applied to your first treatment, which in turn, makes consultation free!

*No call/no shows and late cancellations will result in remaining 50% being charged to card on file.

*For appointments being rescheduled within the 24 hours of less time frame, the 50% deposit will be forfeited, and a new 50% deposit will be due at time of rebooking. The rescheduled appointment will need to be booked at time of cancellation of current appointment to avoid being charged the remaining 50% of current appointment.

*Remainder of payment is due at time of treatment. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App (via square register), and all debit/credit cards.

*Discounts are offered for payment via cash, check, Venmo and Zelle.
